Matt has been involved with youngster Harry King since the start of his debut season of car racing back in 2016.

Like many young racers, Harry made the step up from a successful career in karting to make his car debut in the Ginetta Junior Championship – regarded by many as the top series around for aspiring racers of the future.

Having shown his talents in coming third in the Ginetta Junior Scholarship, Harry quickly established himself as a front-runner in the series during the course of his debut season, taking two wins and multiple podium finishes as he finished eighth in the championship standings.

Returning for a second season in 2017 with the same Elite Motorsport team, Harry was once again a front-runner and a third career win was one of nine podiums across the year as he took a top six championship finish.

In 2018, Harry moved to the next step on the Ginetta ladder with an entry into the GT4 Supercup, which saw him once again racing on the BTCC support package.

With Elite Motorsport once again in charge of running his car, Harry was firmly in the mix at the front of the field from the opening rounds of the season and would win four times en-route to third in the championship standings. The following season would see the youngster storm to the championship in stunning fashion – adding a first title to his career resume.

Harry moved to the Porsche Carrera Cup GB having secured the honour of becoming Porsche GB’s Junior Driver for the 2020/21 seasons and secured the title in stunning fashion with twelve wins from sixteen races.

In 2021, Harry – now a BRDC SuperStar – remains with Team Parker Racing to defend his title.
