Expanded partnership sees Daniel Lloyd and 247 Blinds offer race fans the chance to win a Silverstone GP Trackday
Daniel Lloyd will continue to race with backing from 247 Blinds in 2022, with the leading online blinds retailer celebrating news of an expanded partnership with a unique competition that will give two lucky people the chance to become a racing driver for a day.
The Huddersfield-based company joined Daniel’s impressive portfolio of partners for the first time last year as the local star made his return to the British Touring Car Championship grid.
The new partnership proved to be a huge success over the course of the season, with Daniel enjoying an impressive year on track that included four podium finishes and 247 Blind reaping the rewards of its involvement in the premier racing series in the UK.
Having been able to successfully increase brand awareness throughout 2021, 247 Blinds will look to now take the partnership with Daniel to a new level this season as the race winner joins forces with front-running outfit EXCELR8 Motorsport for 2022.
As well as once again featuring on Daniel’s race helmet, 247 Blinds will feature prominently on his new Hyundai i30 Fastback N, which will be revealed in its new livery ahead of the start of the new season at Donington Park in late April.

“We’ve really gone all out this year to maximise the partnership and on top of that, it feels special to get this kind of support from a local business.”
In order to celebrate the expanded partnership, 247 Blinds will provide two people with the chance to win a true ‘money can’t buy’ prize, with the opportunity to secure a place on Daniel’s end of year partner track day at Silverstone.
The lucky winners will get the chance to sample four high performance cars around the famous Grand Prix circuit before joining Daniel for a high-speed passenger ride at the wheel of a 750hp BMW; giving an up close and personal view on how to push a car to the limit.
Full hospitality will also be available throughout the day with a range of trophies available for performance on track, and also on a special simulator that will be set up at the circuit.
People can gain entry to the competition by visiting the 247 Blinds website, with the lucky winner chosen in October ahead of the track day taking place.
